As a Rogers Customer, what qualifies me to be eligible to receive magazines through Rogers Readers Advantage?
You are eligible to receive magazines through Rogers Reader’s Advantage if you have an existing Rogers Cable (Television and/or Internet), Wireless or Home Phone account and are on a monthly billing cycle.

If I am a current magazine subscriber, can I take advantage of the exclusive Rogers monthly billing rates?
Yes, if you have an existing Rogers Cable (Television and/or Internet), Wireless or Home Phone account. To change to monthly billing on your Rogers account, please email rogers.readers@rci.rogers.com or call 1-877-666-0096 for English titles and 1-866-895-7180 for French titles. Billing to your Rogers account will start upon the completion of your current subscription.

When will I receive my first issue?
You will receive your first issue 4 to 6 weeks after the order date.

Can the magazine be delivered to an address other than my Rogers billing address?
No, at this time the magazine can only be delivered to your Rogers billing address.

Can I give magazines as a gift to someone and have it billed to my account?
No, it is not possible to give a gift through the Rogers Readers Advantage program at this time. The magazine can only be delivered to the address as it appears on your Rogers bill for Rogers Cable (Television and/or Internet) Wireless or Home Phone.

How will I be able to identify my magazines on my Rogers bill?
Each magazine you order will be listed on a separate line on your Rogers bill. The monthly price includes delivery in Canada; taxes extra.

Am I guaranteed the same rate as long as I am a Rogers Customer on monthly billing?
You will be notified two months in advance of any rate changes; however, as a Rogers Customer you are guaranteed the lowest rate.

I am a Rogers Cable (Television and/or Internet), Wireless or Home Phone customer, but don’t want to charge my magazine subscriptions to my Rogers bill each month. Can I still receive the low Rogers rate and pay upfront for a one year subscription?
No, the Rogers rate applies only to subscriptions added to your existing Rogers bill.

If I no longer wish to receive a magazine, can I switch to another magazine?
Yes, you’re not locked in. You can change publications at any time. Please email rogers.readers@rci.rogers.com or call 1-877-666-0096 for English titles and 1-866-895-7180 for French titles.

How do I cancel my monthly pay service to the magazine?
To cancel your monthly pay service, email rogers.readers@rci.rogers.com or call 1-877-666-0096 for English titles and 1-866-895-7180 for French titles. The monthly charge will stop on your next bill.
